Application of Shenzhen Lechte LXT-305 Gypsum Purity Tester:
Based on the hydration or dehydration characteristics of various phases of desulfurization building gypsum, a simple and effective method for phase analysis of desulfurization building gypsum is proposed using the Shenzhen Lechte LXT-305 gypsum purity detector. Through phase analysis of desulfurization building gypsum, the following three conclusions are drawn.
(1) The use of LXT-305 gypsum phase composition analyzer can quickly and reliably analyze the phase composition of desulfurization building gypsum, improving the accuracy of experimental results and facilitating the study of the correlation between phase composition and performance of desulfurization building gypsum. Not only can the phase composition design of desulfurization building gypsum be based on the performance requirements of different uses, which is beneficial for the improvement of calcination equipment and calcination processes, and the production of qualified products, but it can also guide the use of desulfurization building gypsum with different phase compositions in different products or industries.
(2) The residual dihydrate gypsum content is high, the setting time is short, and its 2-hour compressive strength and flexural strength are higher than those of desulfurization building gypsum with lower dihydrate gypsum content. However, this does not mean that its performance is better. Its absolute dry strength is lower than that of desulfurization building gypsum with lower dihydrate gypsum content.
(3) In desulfurization building gypsum, type III anhydrous gypsum<4.0% and dihydrate gypsum phase<4% are beneficial for preparing plaster gypsum; Type III anhydrous gypsum>4.0%, dihydrate gypsum phase<4.0%, can still be used to prepare plaster gypsum after aging; When the dihydrate gypsum phase is greater than 4.0%, it is not conducive to the preparation of plaster gypsum.
